In January, 2000 H & H Home Inspections was founded by Paul Hollup, and his business partner. Paul Hollup eventually took over as a single owner. Over the past 20 plus years, H & H Home Inspections become one of SE Pennsylvania’s most respected inspection companies.
H & H Inspections Services:
- Home and Commercial Inspections – Paul Hollup is ASHI Certified through the American Society of Home Inspectors. We offer and work closely with other business to help our clients needs in a timely matter. During the inspections we educate the buyers on how the home functions and operates.
- HUD Consultant for 203K’s-Property Renovation Loans for BuyersRealtors and/or Mortgage companies seek Paul’s services to be a
consultant for homeowners/homebuyers when they want to make home
improvements and/or additions to their home. Paul works closely with
the clients, contractors. mortgage reps and the lending institutions when
completing these projects which could take anywhere from 3 months to
6 months.
- Feasibility Studies-Consulting Services: We examine the properties, both inside and outside the home, writes up a PWWU (Preliminary Work Write-Up) for the client so that when they are looking for a contractor they have an idea where their ballpark figures would be. We all know it depends on what contractor is being used to get solid figures for their project. We work closely with Mortgage Companies, client and contractors as a team to get work done in a timely matter.
- So who do we work with, First Time Home Buyers, Homeowners, Reverse Mortgages, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, VA, etc…
- Working with HUD/lenders our focus is on habitability and safety.
- We offer mold inspections for all types of services.
- We offer Pre and Post Construction Inspections.
Personal:
Paul is happily married to his wife, Mary, for 45 years, and have three grown children and has recently become a very proud grandfather of a 5 beautiful grandchildren! Paul’s family is everything to him and this carries over when he is assisting families in finding their forever homes during the home inspection process for his clients. He treats them as if they were a part of the family. Paul educates these clients on the functions of how the major components a home operates.
After spending 11 years of serving in the Army, Paul then went on to obtain a 4 yr degree of night school from Rosemont College with a BS in Business. Since graduating that is when Paul and his previous partner started H&H Home Inspections from the ground up.
